Your first visit, without the guesswork.
How booking works, where to go, what happens when you arrive, and why the door is locked. Everything first-timers usually wonder, answered before you have to ask.

01 How it works
Three steps to the chair
Book on Vagaro
Choose your service and the time that suits you. Availability is live, so there is no phone tag and no waiting on a reply. Not sure which service fits your goal? Send a text first. Steph will point you to the right one.
Arrive & call
The studio is inside BSH Toronto at 473 A Church Street, next to The UPS Store. When you arrive, call Steph at 905.581.8132 and she will come down to open the door and bring you up.
The chair is yours
A real consultation first, then the craft, with her full and undivided attention until the moment you leave. One chair means one guest: you.
“I went there for the first time today and got a great result. Stephanie made sure to ask good questions beforehand so I knew what we were up against. It was a difficult job and she handled it well.”

02 Good to know
A few things worth knowing
One guest at a time
No double bookings, no distractions, no one waiting behind you. The room, and Steph's attention, are entirely yours.
Unhurried, by design
This studio cannot accommodate rush appointments. Your time in the chair is treated as an investment, not an errand.
No surprises on price
Your price is confirmed at booking and again at your consultation, before any work begins. Current pricing lives on the booking page.
Bring your hair's story
Inspiration photos help, and for colour, so does honesty: past colour, box dye, heat habits. Steph plans around the hair you actually have.
03 Good questions
First-timers ask
Why is the door locked when I arrive?
The studio is on the top floor inside BSH Toronto, and the door stays locked so the space stays private for the guest in the chair. Just call 905.581.8132 when you get to the building and Steph will come down to open it for you.
I'm planning a big change. Where do I start?
With a conversation. Text Steph a photo of your hair now and a photo of where you want to land, and she will tell you which service to book and whether the goal is one appointment or a short journey. Every service also begins with a consultation in the chair.
What should I bring?
Photos of what you love (and what you don't), and an honest history of what is on your hair. For a curly cut, arrive with your hair dry, down, and in its natural state. That is all. The rest is Steph's job.
How do I reach Steph before my visit?
Call or text 905.581.8132, message on WhatsApp, or email hello@bohemdreme.com. There is no front desk and no call centre: you always reach the person who will be doing your hair.
